The Senior Wellness Center, 1150 Powder Springs Street in Marietta, will have Dancer and Prancer Trivia on Dec. 6 from 10 to 11 a.m.

The North Cobb Senior Center, 3900 South Main Street, inside Kennworth Park in Acworth, will have Attracting and Identifying Backyard Birds on Dec. 6 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Seniors can learn basic information on how to identify and draw birds to one’s backyard by creating a habitat for wildlife. The event is presented by Wild Birds Unlimited.

The South Cobb Regional Library, 805 Clay Road in Mableton, will have a Bubble Dance Party on Dec. 6 from 11 a.m. to noon.

Participants can join an hour of movement and play at the library’s monthly bubble dance. The program is for children and families. It immediately follows the library’s regularly scheduled family story time on the first Wednesday of the month.

The Switzer Library, 266 Roswell Street in Marietta, will have Ugly Holiday Sweater Decorating on Dec. 6 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Participants can bring a sweater, sweatshirt, t-shirt, cap, apron or any other clothing item they would like to use in creating custom tacky garments for holiday parties or photos. Participants should also bring decorative items like tinsel, bells and ornaments to share with others.

This program is an inclusive social activity intended for adults with special needs/disabilities. All abilities are welcome and encouraged to join.

The West Cobb Regional Library, 1750 Dennis Kemp Lane in Kennesaw, will have A House Divided: Native Americans and the U.S. Civil War on Dec. 6 from noon to 2 p.m.
