Gusty northwest winds are expected in northern and central
Georgia today. Wind gusts of 25 to 35 mph are anticipated, with
peak gusts near 45 mph along the mountain ridgelines in northeast
Georgia. A Wind Advisory is in place for portions of northeast
Georgia where gusts may exceed 35 mph through 7 PM this evening.
