The advisory is in effect from 10 p.m. this evening until 7 a.m. Tuesday morning.

TUESDAY…
* WHAT…West winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts to 40 mph expected.
* WHERE…Portions of central, east central, north central,
  northeast, northwest and west central Georgia.
* WHEN…From 10 PM this evening to 7 AM Tuesday.
* IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Due
  to the recent heavy rains, a few trees with weakened root systems
  may be downed.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
