During a pre-trial hearing, Georgia Deputy Attorney General John Fowler argued that owning a burner cell phone can be evidence of criminal intent in the ongoing Atlanta Public Safety Training Center RICO case.

On Wednesday’s edition of “Closer Look,” Samantha Hamilton, a project attorney at the University of Georgia First Amendment Law Clinic, discussed her recent commentary that seeks to explain why Flower’s position is a threat to all Georgians’ constitutional rights.
