Everything You Need To Know About The Cobb Library’s Spring Book Sale

by Fulton Watch News Feed

The Cobb County Public Library has announced its Spring Book Sale, set to take place at the Cobb Civic Center from March 8 to 10, 2024. The event will offer a wide range of materials including books across various genres and formats, DVDs, audiobooks, and magazines, with prices ranging from 10 cents to $4.00.

Located at 548 South Marietta Parkway SE in Marietta, Georgia, the Cobb Civic Center will welcome shoppers from 9 am to 5 pm on Friday and Saturday, and from 1 pm to 5 pm on Sunday. Attendees will benefit from free parking and multiple payment options, including debit, credit, cash, and checks (Visa and MasterCard only).

To ensure all patrons have fair access to the sale, the use of electronic scanning devices will be restricted until 1 pm on Friday, and purchases will be limited to two boxes of items per transaction until the same time. The library encourages patrons to support the event enthusiastically, especially on Sunday, aiming to clear out inventory.

Proceeds from the sale will support the acquisition of new materials for the Cobb County Public Library’s 15 branches and its bookmobile, directly benefiting the community. For additional details, visit the library’s website at cobbcat.org.
