ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A 15-year-old who was critically injured after being shot by a Cobb County police officer during an exchange of gunfire near Six Flags Over Georgia Saturday evening is now facing charges in connection to the incident, according to Cobb County police.

Officials said around 6:15 p.m., an “unruly” crowd of about 500-600 people began fighting inside the park. Police were able to get them outside the park gates.
