Flooding Prompts Lane Closures In Roswell

ROSWELL, GA — As rain continues to come down on metro Atlanta, flooding on State Route 92 west has two of three lanes blocked Wednesday near Bent Grass Drive, according to the state transportation alert system, 511GA.

Traffic appears to have been impacted since 5 a.m., with the alert system showing an estimated clearance time of 9 a.m. though that could change.

Shortly after 8:30 a.m., Roswell Police cautioned drivers to avoid the area of Azalea Drive at Willeo Road due to “weather-related flooding.” Police said to expect delays at East Crossville Road and Bent Grass.
