Mother Myra Jo Batteast, age 90, of Tallapoosa, Georgia died on March 4, 2024. Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday March 9, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Mt Newly Baptist Church, 4360 Stone Mountain St, Tallapoosa, GA 30176, Rev. Freddie Parham, Pastor. Interment will follow at Mount Newly Baptist Church Cemetery. Viewing will be Friday, March 8, 2024 from 4-6 p.m. at the funeral home. Final arrangements entrusted to Willie A.
