Southern Crescent Chorale is pleased to present our 20th Benefit Concert on Saturday, March 23, at 7:00 p.m. at the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church Gym.
SCC continues our tradition of “Sweets and Serenades” to support children’s organizations with this spectacular evening of music. Sponsored by Stephen and Michelle Walker of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, SCC will be joined by the Whitewater High School Chorale to present a concert with a wide variety of music to benefit The Bedford School.
The first Learning Disabilities school on the southside of Atlanta, Bedford offers small class size, a challenging academic curriculum, modern multifaceted facilities, extra-curricular activities, and summer academic and recreational programs. Bedford’s mission is to maximize the potential of students with learning differences and develop foundations for success.
At the concert you’ll hear favorites like “It’s Still Rock and Roll to Me”, “Teach Your Children Well”, “Can You Feel the Love Tonight”, and “The Impossible Dream”. The soloists and choirs will be joined by a stellar four-piece band who will add an extra sparkle to the evening. During the concert, you will enjoy some tasty treats and have the opportunity to make a generous donation to The Bedford School.
