Mother Celia Elaine Mitchell, age 74, was born on Sept. 29, 1949, the daughter of the late Leon and Louise Mitchell, in Carrollton, Georgia. She departed this earthly life on March 16, 2024.
At an early age, she became a member of Hillside Missionary Baptist Church. While at Hillside, she was a faithful and active member of the Usher Board, where she served as President from 1983 until God called her home.
