The whole team at Carrollton’s Indulge Salon and Day Spa want to express their gratitude to their clients and team for their enduring support and outpouring of love during the business’s years of service. The full-service spa has provided relaxing and healing massage sessions for almost two decades this coming May.
Our team spoke with Spa Director Becky Preston and Event Coordinator Emma Doss-Johnson to learn how impactful the business has been for the community and themselves. For the past twelve years Preston has been a part of the Indulge family. Initially a front-desk receptionist at the salon as a college student, she fell in love with the spa environment and decided to become more involved. Doss-Johnson, on the other hand, moved to Carrollton within the past few years and hasn’t left the spa since joining the team two years ago. It’s safe to say that there’s something special about Indulge.
Preston shares that she is thankful for her clients. In many ways, they have become family when life’s bigger moments have happened. Her rapport as the Spa Director has not only gained her trust, but friendships as well.
“If one of our clients is sick, we’ve offered to deliver food or groceries,” Preston adds.
Preston has not only earned the trust of her clients, but that of Indulge’s staff as well. When the spa came under new ownership a few years back, her expertise in her craft and in running the business helped keep the business upright during the transition.
When customers browse through Indulge’s Facebook or Instagram pages, they will not only see satisfying hair, nail, and facial transformations, but also team member highlights.
Both Preston and Indulge owner Michelle Hanscom make it a point to recognize their amazing team for their contributions to both the business and the overall environment.
