Possible increases in utility rates are the subject of public hearings during tonight’s Roswell City Council meeting, which starts at 6 p.m. in the Convention Center, 912 N. Main St.

Residents will have the chance to comment tonight on the rate changes during each of these hearings, which would affect rates paid by residents and commercial customers for water, wastewater and solid waste services if councilors approve these proposed increases.
