- The DeKalb County School Board passed its $1.9 billion budget yesterday. This includes a millage rate of 22.98 mills. The board previously proposed a rate of 23.08, which was opposed by the community and wasn’t allowed under the state constitution. The new millage rate equates to approximately $3.7 million in revenue. (Decaturish.com )
- A report by Becker’s stated that there has been a record high of CEOs, within the hospital settings, existing. According to that report, there have been 167 CEO moves in 2023.
