MILTON, Ga. — Fulton County has sent new voter notification cards to replace those mailed previously, which had inaccurate information.
The original cards indicated that advanced voting can be done at any polling location in Fulton County. While that held true in previous election cycles, that is not the case this year. Milton voters can only cast their ballots early at Milton City Hall.
Deputy City Manager Stacey Inglis said some residents have already received their cards, as early as last Thursday and Friday. More may come this week.
Additionally, voters should ignore the County Precinct Name and County Polling Place for the 2023 general municipal elections. For this fall, the only relevant location is where it says “Municipal Polling Place.” That indicates your polling place on Election Day, which is the only location you can vote.
If you want to know more about advanced voting or anything else related to Milton’s general municipal elections, please check out Milton’s elections website at www.miltonga.gov/Elections. You can also email [email protected] or call 678-242-2500.
