Follow everyone from Indiana in the NCAA volleyball tournament

The state of Indiana is well-represented in the NCAA volleyball tournament.

Here’s a tracker of the former Indiana high school volleyball players at this year’s event. 

Eastern Illinois

Emily Wilcox, Homestead: The senior middle blocker registered a couple kills over two sets in the Panthers’ 3-0 loss to No. 6-seed Marquette. She totaled 49 kills, 19 blocks, nine digs and four aces over 31 sets this season. Wilcox has 166 career blocks and 312 career kills. 

Fairfield

Kyla Berg, Hamilton Southeastern: The senior defensive specialist/libero was credited with nine digs, an ace and four assists in Fairfield’s 3-0 loss to Purdue. The lone four-year Stag on the 2023 roster, Berg notched 384 digs, 83 assists and 20 aces over 102 sets. She has 1,178 digs, 223 assists and 70 aces for her career. 

Florida Gulf Coast

Ella Chapman, Greensburg: The Atlantic Sun Freshman of the Year recorded six kills and hit .417 with a block in FGCU’s 3-0 loss to 4-seed Florida. The middle blocker from Greensburg finished her freshman season with 158 kills, 77 total blocks and four aces over 91 sets played. 

Claire Ertel, Mt. Vernon: A junior defensive specialist, Ertel logged seven digs and three assists in the opening round vs. the Gators. She finishes the season with 203 digs, and 41 aces (122 sets played). 

Courtney Glotzbach, Providence: The redshirt junior, who transferred from Jacksonville State prior to the season (2020 OVC Freshman of the Year), did not play vs. Florida. She finished the season with 118 kills, 61 digs and 25 blocks over 26 matches, but had not appeared in a match since Nov. 4. 

Ava Smith, Park Tudor: Smith did not appear in any matches as a true freshman. 

Georgia

Bailey Cox, New Castle: vs. No. 5 Arizona State, Friday at 6:30 p.m.

Jackson State

Naija Gadis, Brebeuf Jesuit: The freshman setter tallied a pair of aces, 12 assists, a kill and two digs vs. Wisconsin. Gadis finished the season with 534 assists, 124 digs, 26 aces and 41 kills. 

Kansas

Raegan Burns, McCutcheon
