Man indicted for killing uncle, wounding deputy | Douglasville Sentinel

A Douglasville man that fatally shot a relative and later wounded a Douglas County Sheriff’s Office deputy has been indicted and order to have a mental evaluation.

Jonathon Roman, 27, shot and killed his uncle, Walter Jackson Johnson Sr., 66, in the kitchen at their North Bear Drive residence on Oct. 25 around 9 a.m.
