ALPHARETTA, Ga. — Five people reported their vehicles had been burglarized outside Tony’s Sports Grill on North Point Parkway between 7 and 9 p.m. Feb. 10.

The first victim, a Woodstock man, reported someone smashed his front driver side door window, but nothing was stolen. He said he arrived at the restaurant around 6:30 p.m. and discovered the damage around 8:30 p.m.

An Alpharetta woman reported her driver side door handle was pushed in, possibly with a punch tool. The woman said she parked around 7:30 p.m. and found the damage when she returned around 8:45 p.m. She reported her MacBook was stolen.

Officers reported finding another vehicle with its passenger side window smashed and speaking with the owner, a Conyers man. He reported two Smith and Wesson firearms were taken. He said he arrived at the restaurant around 7:30 p.m.

A Sandy Springs man’s vehicle was vandalized, but he reported nothing was stolen. Officers reported it appeared a suspect used a door punch tool to open the driver side door.

A Cumming woman who arrived around 6 p.m. reported her Louis Vuitton purse was taken from her rental vehicle, and her brother-in-law’s bag and Oakley glasses had also been stolen.

Officers reported reviewing surveillance footage from the parking lot and seeing a black Merecedes-Benz enter the parking lot around 7:15 p.m. and park beside the victims’ vehicles.

A male suspect was reportedly seen damaging the vehicles between 7:30 and 8:15 p.m., but some of the footage was obscured because of the angle.

The suspect’s vehicle was reportedly spotted on Flock camera footage with a Texas tag, but officers reported the tag was registered to a Chrysler.

No suspects have been identified.
