The shirts had a total value of $179, according to the arrest warrant.

The shoplifting happened on Dec. 13, 2021 around 3 p.m. at the mall located at 6720 Douglas Boulevard.

According to the arrest warrant, Brown placed the merchandise under her coat to avoid payment.

This was Brown’s fourth shoplifting charge with three prior convictions, according to the warrant.

The other convictions were Sept. 2011, May 2014 and Jan. 2015, the warrant stated.

Those convictions were not in Douglas County, according to court records.

Brown, who was arrested on Feb. 9, was granted a $3,000 bond during her Feb. 12 first appearance bond hearing.
