Art Takeover to showcase local artists and performers | Times Georgian

Once a one-day event, Art Takeover’s popularity led the city to expand the annual downtown arts party to a two-event series across the spring and summer. In addition to the happenings on the square, this year’s first Art Takeover on March 28 will feature a public sculpture unveiling at the Neva Lomason Library at noon and the opening of a UWG student art show at the Center for the Arts at 5pm.

The summer Art Takeover this year will be held Aug. 29.
