Mr. Billy Ray Marchman, age 63, of Carrollton, Georgia died on April 6, 2024. Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday April 12, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, 133 Thomas Dorsey Dr., Villa Rica, Pastor James E. Potts, Eulogist. Interment will follow at West GA Memorial Park.
