Higgins is one of 41,000 health care facilities partnering with Press Ganey but one of fewer than 120 hospitals nationwide receiving this year’s HX Pinnacle of Excellence Award.

Higgins General Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital. It is the only primary stroke-care center among critical access hospitals in Georgia.

Recent expansions have also introduced new surgical services and enhanced diagnostic imaging capabilities, ensuring state-of-the-art care is accessible to all.
