Rotary’s Mission is to provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through our fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders. Our vision statement is “Together, we see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change — across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.”
The Rotary Club of Peachtree City has focused on these initiatives over the last year and out-performed every other club across the district in each area bringing home the individual awards for Best Community Service, Best International Service, Best Overall Service, Best Foundation Giving, Best Foundation Giving Per Capita, Best Membership Growth and Best Public Image along with the overall Club of the Year.
On top of the club awards received, President Amy Benton also received the Sheffield Leadership Award given to the president in each category who best exemplifies extraordinary leadership traits and executes their responsibilities in an exceptional manner!!!
We are so blessed to be able to support this community and appreciate the support from everyone who participated in our fundraisers, community events, weekly meetings, and service projects throughout the last year.
