Wolves drop midweek baseball contest to Hurricanes | Times Georgian

The University of West Georgia Baseball team fell to the Georgia Southwestern Hurricanes 17-2 Tuesday.

West Georgia (5-6, 2-1 GSC) couldn’t find their rhythm in any phase of the game as UWG only mustered two runs on six hits, while committing three errors and walking 12 GSW (8-3, 0-0 PBC) batters. It was a bullpen day for coach Smith and the Wolves as Ronny Piepmeier got the official start.
