Broadrange Logistics LLC, an end-to-end warehousing, distribution and third-party fulfillment company based in Forest Park, Georgia, is set to open a warehouse and distribution center in Berks County.
The company signed a long-term lease for a 1,240,013-square-foot industrial logistics space in the Hamburg Commerce Center at 29 Ludwig Court, Perry Township (Shoemakersville).
Jason Grace, managing principal at Landmark Commercial Realty/TCN Worldwide, negotiated the transaction on behalf of Broadrange Logistics with the landlord, Charlotte, North Carolina-based The Keith Group.
In a release, Grace stated: “Completing Landmark Commercial Realty’s biggest deal in company history wasn’t about numbers or contracts.
