SNELLVILLE, Ga. – Ministries from across the state and nation are coming to Snellville to be with Georgia Baptists during their annual meeting that runs from Sunday through Tuesday.
More than 60 organizations have reserved space in the exhibit hall at the Church on Main where Georgia Baptists will gather for the three-day event.
The exhibitors include Love Worth Finding Ministries, each of the Southern Baptist Convention’s seminaries, Georgia’s three Baptist colleges, the International Mission Board, the North American Mission Board and Jubal Ministries.
“We look forward to creating a convenient destination that introduces over 60 exhibitors at this year’s annual meeting,” said Greg Teffertiller, the Georgia Baptist Mission Board’s lead strategist for marketing and events. “The exhibitors represent a variety of ministries and organizations, including Georgia Baptist entities, that support Georgia Baptist churches’ kingdom-building and community-changing work.”
Nearly 1,100 messengers have already preregistered for the annual meeting, which means lots of potential contacts for the vendors. New to this year’s vendor area will be what Teffertiller is calling the “Second Stage experience” that will be the setting for a series of interviews led by Mission Board staffers. Titles for those interviews include Called to Evangelize, Called to Love, Called to Partner, Called to Encourage, Called to Prepare and Called to Shepherd.
