DECATUR, GA — A 38-year-old man is facing charges in connection with a fatal shooting Friday night at a Panthersville Road apartment, Atlanta News First reported Monday.
The outlet reported the person who was shot to death had broken into the apartment and engaged in an altercation with the tenant, who was accused of then shooting the person. Javonte Forts has been arrested in connection with the shooting, the outlet reported.
