by Fulton Watch News Feed

Aside from music and chocolate, one of the universal languages of life is our feelings. Navigating emotions can be a challenge for everyone, big or little.

A new exhibit at the Children’s Museum of Atlanta explores the hills and valleys of our emotional world with the help of some colorful characters. It’s called “Emotions at Play with Pixar’s ‘Inside Out.’”

In this interview, Children’s Museum director of exhibits and education Karen Kelly speaks with “City Lights” host Lois Reitzes to talk more about the museum’s new experience inspired by the movie “Inside Out.”

“The kids can write down a memory that makes them happy or sad or makes them angry and put that paper in the exhibit, and the ball behind them turns the color of the emotion,” said Kelly.

“Emotions at Play with Pixar’s Inside Out” is open to visitors through Jan. 7, and more information is available here.
