Fred Chester Huffman, age 78, recently of Tallapoosa, Georgia, went to be with his wonderful Lord and Savior on Oct. 14, 2023. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia on Jan. 4, 1945 to the late Howard and Elizabeth Arwood Huffman.
He leaves behind his wife of 22 years, Donna Huffman; daughter and son-in-law Kim (Byron) Tucker of Locust Grove; son and daughter-in-law, Bobby (Leanna) Mehan of Bremen; grandchildren, Brittany (Daniel) Anderson, Avery Mehan, Madelyn Mehan, Molly Mills Mehan; great-grandchildren, Jace Huffman and Lily Anderson; brothers-in-law, Jonathan Schoffstall and Tim Schoffstall; loving nieces, Donna (Charles) Perry, Tammy Huffman; and nephew Chris Shurley; and many more nieces and nephews; his beloved fur babies; extended family Chuck (Barbara) Camp, Kenny (Charleene) Boles; and many cherished friends.
