Jaguar Bolera “Eatertainment” Concept Coming to Atlanta’s High Street

Restaurant and hospitality entrepreneur Robert Thompson Tuesday announced in a press release that his new “Eatertainment” concept, Jaguar Bolera, will open in the High Street project in Atlanta’s Perimeter developed by real estate investment and management firm, GID.

A culinary program featuring wood-fired cooking techniques that marry cuisines from the American South and Mexico pairs with a bar program and social activities to establish Jaguar Bolera as a “next-generation ‘eatertainment’ destination that will offer varied settings for large parties, gatherings of friends and intimate get-togethers,” according to the release.

“At Jaguar Bolera, we create the space and opportunity for people to connect with a beverage in their hand while freely moving through the space at their leisure — not tethered to a table. Modern consumers prefer this type of DIY experience freedoms,” Thompson, founder and CEO of Jaguar Bolera, said. “As a city frequently recognized among top choices for young professionals, Atlanta is a perfect fit for Jaguar Bolera. In particular, High Street and the design vision caters to the Jaguar Bolera guest – those who are looking for experiential socialization more often than sitting across from each other at a four-top table.”

Jaguar Bolera will include 21,500 square feet of food, beverage, and entertainment space. In addition to activities like duckpin bowling, foosball, darts, board games and karaoke in private rooms, Jaguar Bolera will offer a varied “maker-tainment” program where guests can purchase a DIY kit or participate in a live class where they will make crafts including “naughty needlepoint,” leatherworking, hammered jewelry and more, all while enjoying a craft beverage from one of the 72 self-pour taps and a bite to eat from food hall-style counters.
