METRO ATLANTA — The North Fulton Improvement Network will host a virtual summit on local housing from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Feb. 20.
The program, “Future First: North Fulton Summit,” will feature Fox 5 anchor Lori Geary as emcee and keynote speaker and panelist John Hunt, a housing expert with MarketNsight.
Fulton County Schools Superintendent Mike Looney and Wellstar North Fulton Hospital President Jon-Paul Croom will be panelists at the summit.
Renasant Bank, Community Foundation for Northeast Georgia and Wellstar Health System sponsored the event.
“Health care, education, hospitality and safety are important to our quality of life, and yet no plans are being made to support these workers here in our community,” North Fulton Improvement Network officials said. “Bringing specific data to what is often a subjective discussion, we can move past fear and negativity and find answers we can support.”
