A dust advisory is in effect for Roswell and parts of Chaves and Roosevelt Counties on Monday, April 1.Blowing dust was reported near Roswell around 1:30 p.m., with blowing dust reported at 35 to 45 mph. The advisory will stay in effect until 3:30 p.m. Monday afternoon.The source for the National Weather Service came from observations at Roswell Airport.
