Police are investigating a homicide after an early Wednesday morning shooting in south Roswell. The shooting happened on Wednesday, Dec. 20.Officers responded to the area of East Eyman and I streets and found 38-year-old Larry Turner. He died at the scene from multiple gunshot wounds. The Roswell Police Department charged 28-year-old Oscar Antonio Vargas with second-degree murder.
