ROSWELL, Ga. — The Roswell Police Department, in collaboration with the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc., or CALEA, invites the public to contribute feedback and comments as part of its annual accreditation compliance review.
The accreditation process aims to foster continuous improvement and promote professional excellence within the Roswell Police Department, with community input being integral to this work.Â
The department has held CALEA accreditation since 1995 and must adhere to nearly 400 individual standards to gain and maintain accredited status. Copies of these standards are available for review at the Roswell Police Department, 39 Hill Street. For inquiries or to request a copy, contact Detective McKinnon at 770-640-4484.
The public comment portal is available at cimrs2.calea.org/806, and will remain open until April 12.
