A Duluth-based information technology firm has taken advantage of low prices for office buildings and bought its next corporate home in Central Perimeter.
1455 Lincoln Parkway, the eight-story office building in Central Perimeter bought by Innova Solutions in 2024.
Innova Solutions purchased 1455 Lincoln Parkway, a 187K SF office building just off Interstate 285 and east of Perimeter Square mall, from Parmenter Realty Partners for an undisclosed sum. Innova plans to move its headquarters from 2400 Meadowbrook Parkway in Duluth.
CBRE Executive Vice President Jay O’Meara and First Vice Presidents Nima Ghomghani and Paul Holmes brokered the transaction.
Parmenter purchased 1455 Lincoln in 2015 for $22M, according to DeKalb County property records. The county valued the building and property at $31.5M in 2023.
Innova, which was founded in 1998, employs more than 50,000 people worldwide with an annual revenue of nearly $3B, according to a press release. The IT firm employs 300 people in Metro Atlanta and plans to occupy 50K SF, the top two floors of 1455 Lincoln, while leasing the remainder of the eight-story office building.

JLL Senior Managing Directors Britton Burdette, Dennis Mitchell, Matt Wirth and John Huguenard, as well as Directors Jim Freeman and Mitchell Townsend, brokered the transaction.
