The incident happened on Jan. 12 around 11 p.m. at the QuikTrip at 611 Thornton Roard in Lithia Springs.

According to the arrest warrant, Shirley ‘pull his genitals out’ in front of the female, who was parked in front of the store.

In August of last year, Shirley pled guilty to criminal damage to property and two aggravated assault charges in a separate incident.

He was sentenced to 38 months, which he was serving on probation provided he met certain conditions.

Shirley was accused of taking a rock and attempting to assault two people at a Stewart Mill Road office park.

He also smashed the windshield of a service vehicle during the Nov. 29, 2022 incident.

Shirley was given a $1,500 bond on Monday for his public indecency charge. He bonded out of jail on Tuesday, according to jail records.
