Fani T. Willis, the Elected District Attorney of Fulton County, leads Georgia’s most populous county, home to 15 cities, including Atlanta. With over 27 years of legal experience, she has served as Chief Magistrate Judge for the City of South Fulton and managed the Law Offices of Fani T. Willis, LLC.
A licensed Georgia practitioner since graduating from Emory Law School in 1996, Fani has an impressive track record overseeing 100+ jury trials and numerous bench trials. Her cases, often media-covered, have inspired books, television movies, and documentaries.
Beyond the courtroom, Fani is a skilled supervisor and educator. As Deputy District Attorney in the Office of the Fulton County District Attorney, she led a team of 25 lawyers. She has shared her expertise in college classrooms and tailored classes for aspiring young prosecutors. Throughout her career, Fani has successfully represented clients across diverse legal domains, showcasing a versatile and comprehensive skill set.
