‘Walking Dead’ star Norman Reedus lists Serenbe home for $3.9 million

Norman Reedus, who played Daryl Dixon on the long-running AMC series “The Walking Dead,” has listed his 4,149-square-foot Serenbe home for $3,850,000. 

A work of New York City designer Shamir Shah, the home takes many cues from Frank Lloyd Wright, with heavy use of right angles and geometric shapes. Located at 240 Flynn Ridge, it sits on a quarter-acre, wooded lot with a plunge pool that doubles as a spa, plus an outdoor kitchen and a stream that cuts through the property. Inside, the four-bedroom, 4.5-bath house has wide-plank, white-oak floors, numerous windows, a huge walk-in closet and home gym.
