Richard “Dick” Ford ’62, M.S. ’66, is a retired teacher, coach, and athletic director; was inducted into the Edwardsville High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2021; was a central figure in the development of the District 7 Sports Complex that opened in 1986 and remains home to Edwardsville High’s teams today; resides in Naples, Florida.
Gloria J. Leman ’65 is a retired software engineer and senior manager; resides in Morton.
Dr. Thomas Grites ’66, M.S. ’67, is retired but continues to teach one class each semester; advises student-athletes part-time; continues professional efforts in writing, consulting, and conference presentations; resides in Absecon, New Jersey.

Dr. Joseph Kotarba ’69 published his latest book, Music in the Course of Life, with Routledge Press; is professor of sociology at Texas State University, San Marcos, and research professor at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston; resides with his wife in Woodcreek, Texas.
Keith McCall ’69 retired in July as vice president of agricultural sales from PureLine Treatment Systems; resides in North Richland Hills, Texas.
Gary Schnurrpusch ’69 was elected trustee of Burke Centre, Virginia, a planned residential community in northern Virginia; is a retired Navy surface warfare captain and Department of Defense analysis contractor; resides in Virginia with wife Diane (Read) Schnurrpusch ’70, a former high school teacher and retired Defense technical librarian.
Mary Ellen (Kearney) Weakley ’69 is retired from the University of Michigan’s Department of Internal Medicine; resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
