SAHS presents: FDR Impersonator
The Senoia Area Historical Society’s monthly program will feature Franklin Delano Roosevelt impersonator and retired Coweta County High School teacher, James Fowler. Fowler appears in the documentary, “A President in our Midst: Franklin Delano Roosevelt in Georgia.” FDR was the 32nd president from 1933 until his death in 1945 and he helped lead the nation through the Great Depression as well as World War II – in addition to bringing electricity to the south. The SAHS Museum is located at 6 Couch Street. The doors open at 6:30 PM and the program will start at 7:00 PM. SAHS members attend free and a $5 donation is suggested for non-members.
NTC presents: ‘Moon over Buffalo’

“Moon Over Buffalo” centers on George and Charlotte Hay, fading stars of the 1950s. At the moment, they’re playing Private Lives and Cyrano De Bergerac in rep in Buffalo, New York with five actors. On the brink of a disastrous split-up caused by George’s dalliance with a young ingénue, they receive word that they might just have one last shot at stardom: Frank Capra is coming to town to see their matinee, and if he likes what he sees, he might cast them in his movie remake of The Scarlet Pimpernel. Unfortunately for George and Charlotte, everything that could go wrong…
