Missy Elliott is having a moment. She is heading out on her first ever headlining tour this summer and she is celebrating the milestone.
The Out of This World Tour kicks off July 4 in British Columbia and will continue across North America before its final date Aug. 22.
The tour will feature Ciara, Busta Rhymes and Timbaland.
“This is an incredible time in my life as I am experiencing so many milestone ‘firsts.’ Being the first female hip hop artist to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and now going out on my first headline tour,” Elliott said in a statement to MSN.
