“I’m super proud of them,” she said. “I told them that we would hit both routines and hope that the judges see things the way we expected. I think we are one of the most technical teams here, and we are just hoping for the best.”

Roswell High seniors Charlize Rodriguez and Isabella Garcia are two of the six senior members of Charlie’s Angels. The two shared their thoughts after their final performance as a member of the Angels.

“I would like to say that I had a great five years with the team, especially my senior year,” Garcia said. “[Being with the Angels] was a friendship and a family because we always saw each other. It was a great experience all together — every competition, every practice. This team is just ready to work.”

Rodriguez said it was a great feeling that she left everything on the floor that afternoon. Later that day, Rodriguez received a scholarship from the New Mexico Activities Association in recognition of her dedication to the Charlie’s Angels and her studies.

“There will be some mistakes, but as a group, we did it how we knew how,” Rodriguez said.
