This year, RCS Productions and Pyro Shows East Coast has the opportunity to provide the equipment, following the approval of an approximate amount of $60,000 at the Villa Rica City Council Tuesday night meeting.

The expenses are split between the two with RCS Productions totaling an amount of $24,470 for entertainment, sound and lighting and Pyro Shows East Coast with $35,000 for the firework extravaganza. 

Bogey & the Viceroy will open the concert followed by Landslide as the headliner band, providing a “A Fleetwood Mac Tribute.”

With approximately 10,000 spectators attending the show, city officials said outsourcing as a “turnkey concert production” will help maintain the quality of the concert while also providing an entertaining atmosphere for families making memories.

For staging requirements, a 2420 movie stage unit alongside a 24×24 deck, sound wings, skirt, stairs, wind wall, banner frame, drum riser, generator/fuel, and trucking will be utilized.

There will also be a PA system, a variety of lighting, and personnel on deck, including two audio engineers, a lighting designer, a production/stage manager, and four stagehands.

Additional requirements include security for safety of the equipment and a tech crew for the artists, allowing the city to provide a successful celebration.
